Diesel Propulsion Services was founded in 1995 as Amnor Motor Co. LLC
d.b.a. Diesel Propulsion Services.

Our Specialties are Sales / Service / Parts and Preventive Maintenance on Medium and High Speed Marine Diesel Engines, Reduction Gears, CP-Propellers, Turbochargers,
Marine Compressors, Pumps. Offshore Rescue Boats (FRC) and Offshore Work Boats.
 

Our Services are offered from Texas to Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean Islands. The Owner Karl Johan Tomren, carries a Norwegian Chief Engineer License, and has 30 years experience in Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Marine Diesel Engines.
 

In 1999 we signed up as Marine Dealer for Laborde Products, Inc. in Covington LA With the product Line: Mitsubishi Marine Diesel, Yanmar Marine Diesel, and a few years later we added Iveco Motors also from Laborde Products, Inc. to our product line.
 

In 2004 we signed a contract with Volvo Penta of the Americas, Inc. to be a Full Marine Dealer for the State of Oklahoma .

In 2006 we have also signed Dealer Contract with Maritime Partner A/S Aalesund Norway. For Sales Service and Repair of their fleet of Offshore Rescue Boats ranging from
17 to 75 Feet.

In June 2006 we moved in to New Warehouse / Workshop at:
900 Anders Lane, Kemah Texas 77565 for better serving our customer around the Gulf Area.
